Refund Policy

At SS Smart Bazar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how refunds and returns are handled.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or expired.
  • Wrong product delivered compared to your order.
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed.
2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons, such as:

  • Opened food and consumable items.
  • Personal care and hygiene products once unsealed.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special offers.
3. Refund Process
  • Customers must raise a refund request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is mandatory for processing refunds.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after product inspection (if applicable).
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Wallet Refunds

In certain cases, refunds may be credited to the member’s SS Smart Bazar Wallet. A minimum wallet balance of ₹100 must be maintained to remain eligible for transactions and withdrawals.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
